The meaning of the circles and colors
The outer circle stands for your income and is split in two:
...Your active income is green:
.....It could be your salary for example
...Your passive income is blue:
.....It could be the rent from a flat that you own, or a pension or anything else
The inner circle is for your expenses:
...Your regular spending estimate is in red
.....Your daily transport cost, your weekly groceries, the place you rent on a monthly basis
...Your regular savings are in golden yellow
.....Your retirement plan, your savings for your next holidays, or just safety savings
...Last but not the least: your free cash flow in purple
.....This is the remaining cash you have at hand after paying all your regular expenses
How to add an entry?
Tap on square category where you want to add an entry:- Active income
- Passive income
- Savings
- Spending
- Title: insert text
- Amount: insert figure
- Frequency: choose between daily, weekly, monthly and yearly
- Validity start date: by default is set to today. Tap to change it if needed
- Validity end date: by default is set to infinite. Tap to change it if needed
How to update an entry?
Tap on square category where you want to update an entry:- Active income
- Passive income
- Savings
- Spending
- Title: insert text
- Amount: insert figure
- Frequency: choose between daily, weekly, monthly and yearly
- Validity start date: by default is set to today. Tap to change it if needed
- Validity end date: by default is set to infinite. Tap to change it if needed
How to change the displayed frequency?
On the main screen, you may swipe on the circles to switch the displayed frequency:
per second > per minute > hourly > daily > weekly > monthly > yearly
Swiping right will increase the frequency
Swiping left will decrease the frequency
How to show exact values?

On the main screen, tap the export button on the top right corner of the screen
How to import/restore data from a file?
From the main screen, tap the menu button on the top left corner of the screen
There you can tap the button which says 6quot;Choose file"
Then select a CSV file with valid structure and naming of the categories
Tip: in order to get a template to build upon, just export a file after having added at least one entry per category
How to change the main currency?
From the main screen, tap the menu button on the top left corner of the screen
Spin the wheel until you find the desired currency
Currencies are designated by their ISO code but they will appear as a symbol on your app, as long as your device knows their symbol
How to delete a record?
Tap on square category where you want to delete an entry:- Active income
- Passive income
- Savings
- Spending
